Tokyo Shokudo Halal Japanese Tendon At Tampines Mall
This is great news for east siders. We were invited to Tokyo Shokudo and we were impressed with the menu line-up which was carefully curated by their friendly manager, Mr Heng.
This newly Halal-certified Japanese restaurant also serves a variety of Japanese cuisine, including Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles), Tempura Rice Sets and Japanese Rice Sets, all of which are crowd-pleasers and family-friendly dining options.
Award-winning Gold Medalist Chef Akimitsu Tanihara’s self-developed Halal Ramen and Tendon is Singapore’s newest Halal Japanese Family Restaurant.
Chicken Cha Shu Ramen $9.90
Ramen topped with chicken cha shu, soft yolk egg and it comes with spicy option as well!
Signature Tendon $13.90
Signature Tendon comes with fried prawn, fish, egg, nori and assorted vegetables and rice.
Chicken Gyoza $5.90
Fresh chicken and vegetable filled dumplings with soy vinegar dipping sauce.
Chicken Gyoza with Okonomiyaki Sauce $5.90
This chicken gyoza is filled with authentic flavours and textures.
Handcrafted Chocolate Banana Waffle $6.90
Portion was perfect for two pax and we loved the pairing of chocolate ice cream with bananas – and of course the soft waffle!
Homemade Japanese Panna Cotta $4.90
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This is a must-order dessert when you dine here. This creamy spoonful of Panna Cotta is the perfect balance of sweet and goodness.

We have no complains about this newly MUIS-halal certified family-friendly restaurant. It is VERY wallet-friendly as well! For those dining over the weekend, please do take note that there will be a queue to savour this authentic yet well-worth the wait Japanese cuisines. There’s also limited window seatings available so do request for them if they are available.
